I just test retrieved AU3FN0019832 from the "Boerse Berlin - Bonds" server, and it properly retrieved the stated price of 100.09 for 9/4/13. Are you still not able to retrieve this quote? If not, please double check the symbol (make sure you don't have any spaces before/after), and also verify that you are retrieving it from this quote server. See "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve" to make sure it is enabled for retrieve, and retrieving from your desired server.
