Unable to Retrieve from Yahoo

This started several weeks ago. I can retrieve prices from every other server but on yahoo it gets stuck at "Comm setting connection options". Then I get "Error:10060 returned from [connect]." When I press "ok" it says "timed out"

1) What quote module are you using?

2) If you turn on "Options / Internet Settings... / Proxy Server / Use Windows Settings", does that make a difference?

3) Can you browse to http://finance.yahoo.com with a web browser from your computer?
