Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Postby kevin365 » Mon Nov 19, 2007 7:14 pm

Help please..I've been using for years and need help. When viewing prices for investments, they are ordered by number of share from all time then in decending order by amount of shares reguardless of date..It always displayed by date, last date on top. I know i changed a setting somehow but can't figure out what I did. Any help getting back to the normal setting would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for what I hope is a simple setting change, Thanks for your help, Kevin365

Hello Kevin365,

The fix is easy. In the Data Register you can sort the data by any displayed column. It sounds like you are sorting by "Shares". Look in the header of the list view containing all the data. Each column has a header with a label. One of these column headers contains a sort arrow. That is the column controlling the sort order. To change the sorting column, just left mouse click on the desired column's header. Click it again to toggle between ascending and descending sorting.
Thanks,
Mark
