Dividend Import Issue

Hi Mark,

I have an import issue with dividends.

I have following import string:

05/23/2014,AA10246_P1218,UTDI.DE,UNITED INTERNET N,458,1687124598,DIST_D

and following format:

MM/DD/YY,PORT,SYMB,NAME,ANUM,ACCT,TRAN!REM Dividends

When running the import I get "The specified import format is illegal!"

I've looked through the investment and I can't find a irregularities. The fil is created as a .CSV file.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Milli,

You are missing BNUM and CNUM from your format string. These are required fields. Even though a DIST_D type transaction doesn't need them, they are still required. You can just add them, and use 0 for their values.
