Vanguard Error Logging In

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hello, Im evaluating the software, pretty sure I will buy, but am having trouble getting Vanguard transactions to download. It appears I am getting rejected at the logon. I am getting the "Signon Invalid, Login failed due to invalid credentials" Ive tried many times, entering in the correct username and password. I've been able to get TD Ameritrade to work just fine. Ive downloaded the latest updates for the FM software too.

Any ideas?

Hi aceball,

If you are getting a signon invalid error, try resetting your password on Vanguard's website, and only use alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers, no special characters).

Yep, that did it, I was using Lastpass generated password with special characters, thanks for the quick fix.
