Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Postby flight » Sun Feb 05, 2017 2:02 pm

Mark -

What's your recommendation for accounts that don't have any money market or cash options, or for which deposits are automatically invested? Specifically, I am asking about a Vanguard 401(k) account.

I was able to successfully download transactions - so no problem there - but every purchase left me with a corresponding debit in my default cash account.

Thanks

Hi flight,

If you don't have a default cash account, don't create/use one. You don't have to have one. You can set the default cash account option to "none" under the "Properties..." of your sub-portfolio. If you have a cash investment that doesn't belong, you can close it.
Thanks,
Mark
