This applies to Transaction Retrieval only.
Open Fund Manager go to Retrieve Transactions..
Pop-up Window says,
Account is Locked out
PIN Lockout
Close pop-up, new pop-up says,
Failed to retrieve portfolio
Broker: Charles Schwab
Acct Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (actual number,not x's)
UserID: xxxxxxxxxxxx (again actual userID)
So, I check that all account numbers, userID's, and passwords are correct; and try again.
Same result.
Go to Schwab website to see what PIN lockout could possibly be. Can find nothing. So I turn off computer and reboot. Still same result.
Go back and reload Fund Manager 2016.14.15.100 and Transaction module 226. Reboot computer. Try to retrieve transactions, get pop-up that says, "General Error".
Close that pop-up and get the second pop-up as above "Failed to retrieve..."
Can not download any accounts from Schwab. Have been using Fund Manager for a decade or more, never had this problem.
Note that before reloading ver 2016.14.15.100, I had updated Quote and Transaction modules.
