Unable to download price

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

I'm unable to retrieve price for AMZN. This appears to be the only security which I'm having trouble downloading using both current and historical options. When selecting historical download, it doesn't even prompt me for date range. I've never been able to download any price data for this security. In both situations I get COULD NOT UPDATE ANY INVESTMENTS. Using quote module 518 and FM version 2014.13.8. I even added a cusip # for it. No luck

Hi Traveller,

Did you check that it is enabled for retrieve? Look under "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve". Make sure it is set to retrieve, and is using the quote servers you're expecting.
