adding lists of new transactions in shares already transact

Hi when adding a .csv file of "today's trades" I noticed it creates new lines for shares with prior uploaded transactions. I.e. I now have two lines of trade for DISH - one line is zero quantity the other has the current share position. How can I address this going forward please? Thanks. Nick.

Hi Nick,

Make sure the symbol is exactly matching from the incoming transactions, and your existing investment. If the symbols match, the incoming transactions will be added to the existing investment, instead of creating a new investment. You can see in the "Preview Importing Transactions" window if a transaction is going into a new investment or existing. See the right most column for "New Investment". If it has a "Yes", that means a match was not found with an existing investment, and it is going to create a new investment.
