Handle is in the wrong state...

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

I'm trying to Retrieve and update prices from the internet, which I have been doing for years, and suddenly I'm getting error messages saying "WinInet error code: 12019. The handle is in the wrong state for the requested operation." FM takes ages trying to retrieve, and seems to time out, producing a sequence of these errors. Hardly any prices get updated. See attached screenshot. Windows 10 PC and FM fully patched and up to date. What's changed? Any thoughts?

Just realised that tymieniecki has posted exactly the same problem a few minutes before me.
