Finra - Incorrect Price Update

Hi (first time poster here),
I have two bonds that I inherited and periodically the prices update incorrectly. They are both 1/100th shares but sometimes they update without respecting the Internet Retrieve setting on the investment properties which should multiply the retrieved price by "0.01". Both bonds do this periodically but I can't figure out what's wrong or a pattern to it. For example, I just retrieved historical from 11/16/21-11/30/21 and two of the prices are wrong and two are correct. Any ideas what the problem might be? I have screen shots if that might help. Are you sure you're retrieving with Finra? Finra is not a historical server. Maybe you can look in the price retrieve log after a retrieve, and see if some price is updating incorrectly. If it is, please post or send me this price retrieve log. See "Help / Logs / Price Retrieve...".

Attaching files/logs. It seems like the log has been overwritten by subsequent retrievals. Note: this has happened multiple times in the past. Finra does seem to retrieve historical prices, I have never manually entered a price for these two bonds in question but I have had to correct the prices by editing the pricing data and simply moving the decimal two spaces left (to get the 1/100th price). Let me know what else you need.

I just tried to reproduce this using your same settings and the price retrieved correctly (divided by 100). If you can reproduce this, please send me the price retrieve log right after you experience this issue. You're right, the price retrieve log gets overwritten every time you retrieve.
