Schwab ETFs Split Not Importing with Transaction Retrieval

I have SCHA in one portfolio and it recently (3/11/22) had a 2:1 stock split, but this isn't being downloaded by FM when I do a transaction retrieval. Also missing a "cash in lieu" transactions (probably for fractional shares) that is listed on 3/14, yet I have all dividends for dates before and after those two dates.

I checked Schwab and it is listed in the portfolio history.
Is there something I need to be doing differently to make sure it pulls correctly.

PS - Yes, I'm using the new Schwab transaction retrieval system.

Could you retrieve just this one account, and then email us directly the log file. See "Help / Logs / Transaction Retrieve (Raw)...". Please include the date and the specifics of the missing transactions in the email. I'll send you an email, so you can reply to that with the attachment.

Currently, Schwab's FDX server appears to not be providing information on the split ratio, thus FM is unable to import the split. I've emailed Schwab about this to see if it can be improved. I have copied you on that email, so you can see the details.
