Hi Mark,

It has been quite some time since the above referenced brokers transaction download function has worked. Is there any possibility that this will be fixed anytime soon?

Hi Craig,

Unfortunately this is out of our hands. It appears they are blocking access unless you come from a known IP address. We have tried to get in touch with someone there, but haven't had any luck. It has been a problem for quite a while, see:

If you do have a contact there, we would be happy to work with them to get this functionality restored.
