Hello,
I am using Fund Manager 2020 and it worked properly for several years. I have a master portfolio and about 15 Subportfolios. I am able to choose: Edit, Internet Retrieve, Transactions for all my subportfolios without any difficulty, and all the transactions arrive. However when I do the same thing for my Master Portfolio, I get a series of error messages. They are as follows:
Error in investment statement transaction report
No error message returned from server
Failed to retrieve portfolio
Broker Vanguard group
Account XXX XXX (I have left the actual account number blank for obvious reasons)
User Id XXX XXXX
Failed portfolio 1
I have checked my transaction retrieve settings for the master portfolio and all of them are set properly.
Can you offer any suggestions on how to solve this problem.
