Schwab Bond Redemptions

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi Mark,
Is there any plan to fix the bond redemptions in a Schwab account transaction retrieval? They removed the bond in a transaction that gives the "share" price of the bond as zero so no cash is deposited. - Steve

Hi Steve,

If you can send me the log file, and the specifics of the transaction in question, I'll take a look. For the log file, retrieve the account covering the date of the transaction, and then send the file from "Help / Logs / Transaction Retrieve (Raw)".

I'm still having trouble with this. I've captured screenshots as well as the log of the transaction. Is there a place I can upload these without posting them to the board? - Steve

Mark can you comment on the status of this bug? I just upgraded to 2024.18.0 and the same problem keeps happening. Email me if you want the screenshot and log file entry. - Steve

Hi Steve,

This was fixed supposedly:

"Updated FDX transaction (Schwab) parsing to better handle maturing bonds"

so if it is still happening with FM 2024 please do email me a screenshot, and the transaction retrieve raw log file right after a retrieve.
