How Can I Fix Cash Prices? (I Left Internet Retrieve On)

Hi I mistakenly left internet retrieve on for my cash investment and now I have a price other than 1 each day going back several years. Is there an easy way to reset all prices to 1? If not would a fix be to create a generic price import csv and import that?

Hi jskahan,

You can open this cash investment up in the Data Register, and set the Data Type to "Prices". Select the first bad price, hold down Shift, and select the last bad price, so they are all selected. Press "Delete". If you still have some non-1 prices, you can edit those, which hopefully are just a handful. If a price is recorded on a date with a transaction, it won't let you delete that price, but you can then edit those to be 1.
