Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Since Sept 12, 2022 I have been unable to get updates from Canada StockWatch. I get this message in the log file:
"Retrieve Started at 9/14/2022 16:05 UTC Program Version = 2018.15.5 Quote Module Version = 564 Retrieving from server: (CANADA SW) Requesting: "XEF", "VSP", "XQQ", "XEI", "TDE*USR", "XIU" WARNING - Unable to update: "XEF" WARNING - Unable to update: "VSP" WARNING - Unable to update: "XQQ" WARNING - Unable to update: "XEI" WARNING - Unable to update: "TDE*USR" WARNING - Unable to update: "XIU" WARNING: Server used but did not update any prices: (CANADA SW) Could not update any investments"
Is this a problem with the price update module and will I have to upgrade to the 2022 version to continue using Fund Manager? Will the upgrade allow me to get updates from Canada SW?

Hi Ron AKA, I just tested retrieving prices with FM 2022 and the current quote module (574), and price retrieves are working properly from Canada SW. We are currently only providing quote module updates to the FM 2020 and FM 2022 versions. FM 2018 is no longer receiving updates. If you still have troubles retrieving after upgrading to FM 2022, please let me know. Upgrading to the 2022 version worked.

I am having this issue currently, running FM2022, QM 579. Error headings are: - Code: Select all
Retrieve Started at 5/21/2024 18:32 UTC Program Version = 2022.17.6 Quote Module Version = 579 Retrieving from server: (CANADA SW) Requesting: "TAE*MED", "BOM*SPE", "BOM*EQU", "BOM*DIV", "BOM*GST", "WVN*618", "BOM*MMF", "BOM*MOR", "C.PRI", "BMO*RIC", "BOM*RGS", "BMO*USV", "BOM*USV", "BOM*USG", "WV*CDN", "BOM*IBO" WARNING - Unable to update: "TAE*MED", etc, etc, etc.
Did something happen, am I missing something or is an upgrade required? Thanks, Kym.

Hi Kym, I tested a couple of the quotes with the current quote module (604), and they retrieved properly. You will need to be using Fund Manager 2024 to get the latest quote module.
