Access code

Mark,
I have started getting an error while trying to retrieve transactions.
Broker Charles Schwab - NEW
Sub Portfolio PP-Trust I have verified the account # but the error I get is :
"unable to verify Token File, Use get access file to obtain a new Access code"

I have looked over every option I could find in FM but could not find get new access code.
Where would I find that
