Prudential problem

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

I am not able to retrieve transactions from a Prudential 401K account. This has worked well for over a year but just stopped this weekend. It may be Prudential's error, I don't know. I have FM v7.7 with the latest transaction and data modules. The error message is:

Unknown Error in Signon

ext = authenticateUser exception

Hi mse,

This sounds like an error on Prudential's OFX server. I'd suggest giving it a couple of days to see if the problem gets resolved. If the problem still persists you might give them a call, and ask if they know of any problems.
