Updating from Morgan Stanley

I am trying to setup portfolios using information from our Morgan Stanley accounts. Nothing works. Quicken will update but when I try the same information thru FM, the signon is invalid and the process stops. I have tried Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Morgan Stanley Client Services, and three different account number variations and none work. ????

If you can retrieve in Quicken, please send me the OFX log, and I can tell you which broker you should select in Fund Manager to retrieve from the same server as Quicken. In Quicken this is under "Help / Product and Customer Support / OFX Log...". Please send this to us in an email. If you get a signon invalid, then only the username/password are the problem for the selected server. The account number is not used until after you log in.
