FM Not Posting New Prices/Transactions to Portfolio

I am using FM 10.9, Quote module 421. It seems that since I updated the quote module, FM shows it is downloading new prices and transactions, but does not update them in the reports (Portfolio or Performance report). I've closed both reports and recreated them, but the prices are not current and the portfolio totals are not updating.

If you look in the Data Register under the "Prices" data type, do you see the updated prices? If you aren't able to update some investment, please first read this:

If you still aren't able to get your prices updated, please send me a sample ticker symbol and quote server that isn't updating.

Well, for reasons unknown, this time it did update the prices, even though I changed nothing. The last four tries, it did not (and had never had this type of problem before). Thank you for your very prompt reply!
