Using your instructions on How to Handle Selling Calls, I am curious to know if the profit from selling the call shows up the Gain or %Gain in the reports?

Yes, at the sub-portfolio level. Your %gain on the sold call itself will not report, as it is a negative share balance, but the effects are included in the overall portfolio figures.
