Unable to Retrieve prices using Google (historical)

When I try to use this quote server I get "could not update any investments". The date range I am using is Mar 1, 2011 to Mar 18, 2011. The symbol I am using is TSE:BPO-H ( I get the same result with any symbol). I can manually go to the google website and I see the historical data but FM won't retrieve it. I'm using the latest version 11 beta 2 software. Previous versions also did not work.

Hi joe barnes,

That symbol can't be retrieved by Fund Manager using Google (Historical). Only quotes that offer the CSV download for historical prices can be retrieved. For example, if you go here:

http://www.google.com/finance/historical?q=NASDAQ:INTC

You will see a "Download to Spreadsheet" link on the right side. That is the link being used by Fund Manager. For some reason, Google doesn't offer this link for all quotes, including the one you're looking for:

http://www.google.com/finance?q=TSE%3ABPO-H

You may prefer to try a different historical quote server, like "Yahoo (Historical)".

I tried Yahoo (historical) - no luck, but I was successful with MSN (historical).
