Delete all prices for a given date or date range

If there a way to do this for all investments in the portfolio? Or is it necessary to separately edit the data for each individual investment in the portfolio?

Yes, you can do this. From within the Portfolio Editor window, see the menu commands:

Edit / Investment Data / Delete Price / One Date - All Investments...

and

Edit / Investment Data / Delete Price / Date Range - All Investments...
