Problem with Vanguard downloads

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

I'm having problems retrieving from Vanguard on several accounts. It states that the account number is not available for this user name and password, and then presents a list of numbers that is says are available. The account numbers that are being rejected are valid and have retrieved previously. Help.

Hi Phil,

Maybe something at Vanguard changed for these accounts? If you're getting that error, then Vanguard is reporting that this account number is not available under the username/password you're connecting with. I would suggest contacting Vanguard, and checking what username/password you should be using for the account number in question.
