the download for morgan stanley smith barney has stopped working. Other brokerage accounts are working. It won't even time out. When a MSSB account is first, none of the accounts will download. I am up to date on transaction modules.

Which exact broker are you using? There are a couple for Morgan Stanley. Please try updating to our latest transaction module 472 by using "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates..." and you should see a new broker:

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management

Make sure you are using that broker, and for your account number you are entering the first 9 digits. Unlike other brokers, you cannot leave the account number blank for this broker, and select from a list of account numbers.
