Smith Barney

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

I am able to load transactions from Vanguard and Schwab without any problems. However, FM does not recognize any transactions from SmithBarney.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi LJC,

Do you get any error messages with Smith Barney, or just don't see any transactions? If you don't see any transactions, verify that you are retrieving for "All Dates" and have the option turned on to create new investments as needed. Many brokers do not keep the full history of your account available on the open financial exchange server. The time period available varies by broker, but they usually have at least 90 days. Do you have any transactions in your account within the last 90 days?
