Hi misterbe,

It doesn't look like we have that server, but we can add support for them. Let us work on this today, and I'll post back here when an update is available.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi misterbe,

We've added support for this broker. Please use "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates..." to get transaction module 143. You should then see the new broker "J. P. Morgan Securities". Please let me know if you have any troubles using it.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Martin,

Only the userID and password are important for this part. Account number isn't used until later in the process.

Please try this:

Go to their website, and log in, and see if there is some requirement to enable direct access for direct download from products like Fund Manager and Quicken. I suspect they may have instructions posted on how to download into Quicken. See what those instructions say, and then do the same in Fund Manager. Different brokers sometimes put different rules on accessing their OFX server, like maybe you have to enable this feature, log into the web server from the same IP address before, or maybe you need to get a new username/password, etc. I don't know what this broker's particular rules are, but by logging into their web server, hopefully you can find instructions.
Thanks,
Mark
