How to record variable (floating) coupon rate which is quarterly adjusted?

Sorry, we don't have a feature for this. You could change it quarterly, or just not record the coupon rate. As you receive your interest payments, just record them for the amount received. By not having the coupon rate updated or set you would only be sacrificing the ability to report on upcoming scheduled income payments, but you can still accurately record transactions as they happen.
