Employee stock options/grants

Hello,

What have others found to be the best way to list employee stock options, and track, if possible? I have a client with an Etrade account, containing stock options. FM does see the investments listed, but assigns no transactions. I need to manually enter something, somewhere to at least keep a reminder that these options exist.

Hi Phil,

How are you determining that FM can see the investments, yet there are no transactions?

There is no special treatment for employee granted stock options. If they have not been purchased yet, you could record a buy at the grant price.
