nz dollar bonds

HI when getting nz dollar bond quotes eg from Bloomberg or yahoo the quote returns the yield not the buy price eg zel020.nz gives 6.5 % not 100.1 same with all eg ift190.nz 7% instead of .9870 is there any server that gives the data in the usual 'correct 'form

I'm not sure about these type of investments. I know that for US money markets the yield is returned, instead of the price, which is fixed at $1. In the case of money markets we suggest not retrieving them, since their price stays fixed at $1. You can turn off price retrieve under "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve".

It sounds like your investments are not fixed at a price of 1 though, so maybe this isn't the right solution in this case. All I could suggest is to search for a quote on one of our supported quote servers. If you can't find it, you can turn off price retrieve, and manually update the price.
