Missing ACCTINFORS after FM update

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

I've been using FM v12.0 without any problems. Tonight I decided to update to v12.6 and after installing on top of v 12.0 I can no longer download transactions from Fidelity Investments.

I also tried downloading from Merrill Edge and it failed the first couple of tries with a different error message, and later it started working. Downloading from Sharebuilder worked consistantly.

I did a backup of v12.0 before the install. I restored that backup into v12.6 but it didn't help.
Retrieving Yahoo historical prices worked.

Hi Marcal,

That ofxretr.txt log file shows an error returned from Fidelity:

"Account List Error"

I'm not sure what this means, but the error is coming from Fidelity. I suspect their server was unable to list the available accounts for your login details for some reason. Maybe this is a temporary issue. I would suggest giving it a couple days, and see if the problem persists. Hopefully Fidelity will resolve whatever the reason is for this error.
