Can't update Verizon Communicatios

When I right click VZ to retrieve selected prices it tells me it Could not update any investments. Comm. states Disconnected. Every other investment I click on updates OK.I've deleted and added VZ several times tp no avail. Running FM 12.4, Quote 167 and Transactions 197

and check each of those items. If you're still having troubles, please let me know what quote server you're using that can't retrieve the symbol VZ.

Everything seem to be correct. Even changed from Bloomberg to Yahoo to retrieve prices and still no luck.

I just tested it from here, and the symbol VZ retrieved properly from Yahoo. Suggestions:

1) Download the latest version of your product, 12.9 from here:
http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/modlist.html#Last12x

2) Make sure you have quote module 467. (I'm assuming the 167 you wrote was a typo...)

3) Make sure the symbol is exactly VZ, with no spaces before/after.

4) Make sure you have the "Retrieve Price" property set.

5) Make sure it is set to retrieve from Yahoo, or your default server, if that is set to Yahoo.

My Bad.Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve was not set. Working now Thanks
I don't remember having to set that when I put in all my other investments.
