Fix Cash Account Prices at $1.00

I have some broker cash accounts that are not associated with a money market fund. The prices of these do not update, and my statistics do not calculate -- so, the stats don't get reported for the sub-portfolio. If I manually update the price, they do calculate. Is there any way to fix the prices of these cash accounts at $1.00?

Interesting point... No, there is no such option today. I see why you would need that though. Maybe we could add an investment level option that says to always interpolate a price, no matter what your global interpolation range settings are set at.

That should work. Just use the step function so we don't end up with some rounding to $0.99 or $1.01 after all is said and done. Thanks.
