Thanks, I see this too with Bloomberg. The Morningstar servers appear to be working okay from here though. We will investigate Bloomberg, and I'll post back here when I know more.

This issue has been fixed with an updated quote module. Version 480 is available by selecting "Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." from within Fund Manager.

I am using the latest version as of june 6 2015. I have 3 accounts with Fidelity and the latest transactions are not being updated in any 3. Is this the FM software or my settings? Thanks.
Currently using Quote Module version 480, latest available is 480.
Currently using Transaction Retrieve Module version 200, latest available is 200

Hi dkuntzel,
What happens when you retrieve transactions? Do you get an error, or are you just not seeing any new transaction in the "Preview" window?

I select the dates and it goes through a process to pull them but comes up with 0 transactions in the preview importing window then I pick finish and its done. The prices are updating there are no error messages.

This implies there are no new transactions available on your broker for the date range selected... Are you sure you have some new transactions (not already in Fund Manager) for those dates?

I know for sure there were dividends, bond interest payments, and some buys and sells that are not being reported for april and may. I went into the transaction report on one of the accounts and the last transaction was on 4/1 I am running from 1/1/2015 to 6/6/2015. If the data is being pulled I am not seeing it in any of the 3 portfolios as share amounts are not changing to what I see when I log into fidelity via the browser but the prices are updating.

Hi dkuntzel,
A couple things to try:
1) Temporarily turn off "Skip Transactions Already in Fund Manager" when you do the retrieve. If the transactions show up in the "Preview" window, then they are already in your dbase. You should cancel or go "back". Do not "Finish" like this, or you will get duplicate transactions.
2) If #1 doesn't show them, then you can take a look in the log file retrieved from your broker, and see if there are any signs of these transactions. See the file:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Fund Manager\xmldump.txt
right after your retrieve.

I changed the date range (before I saw your last post) instead of doing 1/1/2015 to 6/6/2015 I used 4/1/2015 to 6/6/2015. 4/1 was the date of the last preious transaction (that I could see anyway). It pulled the transaction and updated the share for all accounts. I had previously pulled data and it seems it thought all of the records had been previously pulled. Anyway it worked I guess I need to remember when I did my last pull. Thanks for the quick updates.
