Error retrieving prices in Personal Version 12.1

I'm unable to do a price retrieve in personal version 12.1. pls help. Thanks.

Quote servers change over time, and updates are often necessary to keep the price retrieve feature working. We provide free quote module updates for the last 2 major versions only. This is the 2014 and 2016 versions currently. To get an updated quote module you can upgrade to the current 2016 versions.
