Charles Schwab missing ACCTINFORS

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

For some reason I can't download transactions from Charles Schwab Brokerage for a new account.. Have no problem downloading from other accounts at Charles Schwab. Tried repeatedly over past 2 weeks same message. This is the log

Hi brookwood,

As you can see in the log, Schwab is reporting some "General Error", which isn't too helpful. This is something Schwab will have to investigate/fix. It may also be that since your account is new, they just haven't set it up on their OFX server yet.
