Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

On PRC I get the following error
wininet error 12002
message the opening timed out
never seen this before any fix
Still using Beta

Hi Alan,

Make sure Fund Manager has access to the internet, and isn't being blocked by some security program you're running. Can you use "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates..." okay?

Yes the updates online work fine under the help menu

Hi alan,

1) What quote server are you using?

2) If you try a different quote server, do you get the same error message?

3) Can you browse to the quote server you're using with Internet Explorer?
