Does an "atwork" Fidelity selection need to be added

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Postby Perry » Fri Jan 15, 2021 12:20 pm

My Intuit - Mint account is able to sign in and retrieve from my fidelity/netbenefits/atwork account.

For Fund Manager, I am using the Fidelity Netbenefits option but fund manager reports "The OFX server reported no accounts are available to retrieve for this User ID"

If I point my browser to https://nb.fidelity.com/public/nb/default/home I can sign on.

I can also sign on if I point my browser to https://nb.fidelity.com/public/nb/atwork/home

Could this mean that the login information Fund Manager uses for its Fidelity Netbenefits option is not being transferred to an “atwork” login page? If so, can this “atwork” option for Fidelity be added to Fund Manager for retrieving transactions?
Thanks
Perry

Hi Perry,

I looked in Quicken, and there is no "atwork" interface, just "Fidelity Netbenefits", the same as Fund Manager. I'm not sure about Mint.

It sounds like you've successfully logged into the Netbenefits OFX server, but your account isn't on there for some reason.

If you check with Fidelity, and ask them for instructions retrieving this account with "Quicken", what do those say?
Thanks,
Mark
