Is there a problem with Yahoo price updates ?

Hi rupertpage,

Unfortunately, Yahoo is not working currently when accessed from within Europe. There is no known fix we can implement to address this. Yahoo's server is returning an error about too many requests to their server. Here are some options until Yahoo resolves this:

- Use Yahoo (Historical), Yahoo (Alternate), or any other quote server

- Use a VPN and retrieve prices from the US with Yahoo

Yahoo (historical) and (alternate) work but they dont convert pence into pounds like Yahoo (uk)

as I am retrieving 300 + prices it is too much to manually adjust...

any quick fixes ?

WSJ works but you need to change all the tickers and set to default Thirs time in three months yahoo server has failed I think its not woth using in the future IMHO

I am now using a VPN to download from the US of A

The functionality of retrieving from Yahoo in Europe has been restored. Select "Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." from within Fund Manager 2022 or 2020. For more details, see this announcement.
