Download Transactions from Merrill failing

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi. Fund Manager fails to download transactions my Merrill. This was working two weeks ago. And it is still working for my accounts at Fidelity. I am not aware of having changed anything on my side. The message I receive is:

Fund Manager - Transaction Retrieve
Failed to retrieve portfolio.
Broker: Merrill Lynch & Co.
Account Number: ########
User ID: xxxxxxxxxxxx

Any suggestions for how to fix/work-around this issue?

This appears to be an issue with Merrill's OFX server. I see the same error in both Fund Manager and Quicken, which is:

Your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again or you may need to log in to the Merrill Lynch website to confirm that you're a valid user. For assistance please contact us at 1.800.MERRILL (637.7455).


Hopefully the issue resolves itself soon, but there is nothing to be done from within Fund Manager for now.

Encountered exactly the same message from Merrill Lynch when attempted to down load transactions 01/17/2024. Anybody seeing this lately?
