Hi. Fund Manager fails to download transactions my Merrill. This was working two weeks ago. And it is still working for my accounts at Fidelity. I am not aware of having changed anything on my side. The message I receive is:
Fund Manager - Transaction Retrieve
Failed to retrieve portfolio.
Broker: Merrill Lynch & Co.
Account Number: ########
User ID: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Any suggestions for how to fix/work-around this issue?
