No logs available

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi Mark,

Related to my last post, I tried to look at the Price Retrieve logs, only to get the following error message:
C:\Users\My Name\AppData\Roaming\Fund Manager\ofxretr.txt was not accessible.
The file could not be found.
Similar messages for the other log files. The file is there and shows some recent content in the Windows Finder preview window, but when I try to open it, the Finder claims it cannot find it. It does not have the Hidden attribute checked.
-- Any idea why I can't retrieve any logs?

Hi Gerry,

No, I'm not sure why you can't view any log files. Maybe try rebooting your computer, and see if that resolves things?

I solved this one by reinstalling Notepad. Windows 11 is a bit funky with Notepad.
Sorry to bother you with this Windows issue.
