MIssing transaction from Schwab

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi,

I set up a tax payment in my Schwab account and it didn't show up in the transactional download. When I looked at the history in Schwab, it identified the action as "Auto S1 Debit." How do you determine if this is a Schwab or FM issue? Everything else has been coming across correctly.

Hi Traveller,

It is most likely an FM issue. Schwab changed something recently, and it caused contributions/withdrawals out of the default cash account to not be retrieved. We're working on an update, and expect it to be released in about 10 days. If you'd like to email me your raw transaction log file (Help / Logs / Transaction Retrieve (Raw)...) I can confirm if this is the same issue causing your transaction to not retrieve.
