Can Download Prices but Not Transactions

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

HI,
That really says it all. I can get the prices, but when I try to download transactions I get:

"Failed to retrieve portfolio.
Broker: Vanguard Group
Account Number: XXXXX
User ID: XXXXX"

Does that simply mean there are no new transactions? Sorry for such a simple question.

Hi karlmoll,

The Vanguard OFX server needed updating a few days ago. If you update the transaction retrieve module to version 126 that should fix this problem. Use "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates..." and download transaction module 126 when prompted. Try your transaction retrieve again after updating.
