Vanguard Group Transaction Retrieve

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

The transaction retrieve function is only working about 50% of the time for the Vanguard Group. There appears to be a timing issue of some sort. A Signon Invalid pop-up message will show up even though the input data is correct.

Hi katlizjen,

I'm not sure, maybe Vanguard was having a temporary problem with their OFX server. I just did a test now, where I retrieved 7 accounts back to back. It worked without any issues. You might want to just try back later, and see if it is working any better.
