Hi rromagna,
If you don't want any multiplication, set "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve / Multiple Retrieved Price" to 1.0. If this doesn't fix the problem, please tell me an example ticker symbol and quote server, and what price you're getting, and what price you expect. Another possibility is to make sure your investment is not being exchange rate adjusted. If you have an exchange rate for a non-default currency set to 10 or 100 for example, this could also cause the multiplication.

I dont have any multiplication on this set ticker symbol BBDC4.SA quote server YAHOO BRAZIL i got 379,90 i´d get 37,90 the set "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve / Multiple Retrieved Price" automatically change to 10 even if I put 1 they change to 10 again i don´t have any exchange adjustment thanks
Hi rromagna,
When you enter the multiplier, please type it as: 1 or 1.0 but do not type it as: 1,0 This dialog assumes the period is the decimal point, not a comma. If you enter it as 1,0, this is interpreted as 10, not 1. I just retrieved that symbol, and it worked properly. Please let me know if this tip does not resolve the problem.
Hi rromagna,
What specifically didn't work? What happened? Do you mean the multiplier stays at 10, if you re-open the investment properties dialog. What version of Fund Manager are you using?
Hi rromagna,
Thanks, I see the problem too in the "Edit / Symbol List..." editor. When using the 1.000,00 number formatting the edit box for the price multiplier is not initialized using the correct formatting, so it will multiply by 10x each time you open it, and just say OK. We'll get this fixed for 10.3, which should be released soon.
Hi rromagna,
Version 10.3 is now available, and fixes this issue. Let me know if you have any more troubles with it once you use the new version.
Hi rromagna,
You can get 10.3 from the regular download page here: http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/download.html
