This is a convenience feature for those of us that normally exclude the name because of space constraints on reports or on the screen. And don't manage securities enough to always recall what some of the more cryptic symbols relate back to.
Or, if not a balloon, perhaps down at the bottom of the screen/report somewhere? There appears be a "status line" at the bottom of graphs and some extra space at the bottom of reports.
Actually the balloon would be great for other fields - like the name of the axis displayed on a graph. It _should_ be obvious but for those of us who don't mess with portfolios every day unlabeled data can be hard to figure instantly. Although in the case of the graphs, there seems to be room above/below the axis for a label and also room above the graph to label the several data fields with sometimes appear there...
Been a few years since I had to set aside securities management to take care of family biz and it's nice to see you forging ahead with FundManager. It's a great application and I expect to select the Personal or Pro w/in a couple days.
