Sorry about the troubles. We do want to make this part as easy as possible. What was the specific problem or error you were getting? If you were getting an error about your current license not being recognized, please note you only need to enter the license "name" and "serial number", and not the "key" part. The "name" is case sensitive, and must be entered exactly as emailed to you. I've also just now emailed you a link you can use that will take you to the order form, and pre-fill that license information. If you still have troubles, please let me know.
