Version 2022.17.5

Comments, critical feedback, praise, or suggestions for new features.

I recently downloaded an installed Version 2022.17.5.
Since then everything is SUPER SLOW.
All edits cause long waits in the UI.
Simple things like unchecking "download prices" take 30 seconds to a minute before the screen comes back.
In an attempt to improve I exported my portfolio and started fresh.
After importing, I deleted all the old investments (anything closed before 01/01/22)
There were a lot because of options trading.
But it made no difference.
any thoughts/

Hello barbarossa,

What windows do you have open? I'd suggest closing all the windows (Portfolio Editor, Graphs, Reports), and then open 1 window back up at a time, and see when the slowness starts? Were you using 2022.17.4 before?
Thanks,
Mark

Which fields do you have in the "List" view of your Portfolio Editor? See "View / List Columns...".
Thanks,

I thought I had responded
Based on the thought that this might be an issue, I reduced columns to very small subset
Trying to avoid anything that might be computed.
I reduced columns down to:
symbol, name, shares, internet retrieve
But it really didn't seem to matter.

Even a simple thing like opening properties for an investment and saving a change like unchecking "internet retrieve" takes a long time to come back (Not Responding) in header.

adding "average basis per share" columns took several minutes to return.

Hello barbarossa,

I'm not sure what is going on. Do you know what version you were using before? Maybe you can give me a call and we can do a quick web based meeting, so I can look at it. If you'd like to do this, please call me at 480-705-0129.
Thanks,
Mark
