Rebalance report changes

I like that the new rebalance report allows for an allocation range. However, there is an issue in that it no longer allows for negative percentages. (Prior versions did allow). As long as the total sums to 100%, negative percentage allocation line items should be allowed. For example, I may want to run a long/short allocation model or plan for margin allocation. Thanks

Hi Quentin,

Yes, we did add this restriction (all percentages between 0 and 100) when updating to support ranges in FM 2024. I can't think of a good reason for this, so we'll see about getting support for negatives added back in. Thanks for the feedback.
